At the doctor

Today I had an appointment at my diabetes doctor. All was just fine, but I could do my best to loose some weight. I got some tips and ideas so that I could start slowly from March. Walking, swimming and bicycling.
I have been so tired that I have not had any energy for working out or being healthy.

My mother is doing ok. She will have some future planning with my father and the hospital tomorrow. Will write more about that later.

Now I will take it easy. I have had a head ache today.

Ditto. about being so tired no energy for working out or being healthy. Winter does not end here. I was out 3 days last week with illness and everyone is sick with cough, runny nose, head aches, muscle aches. I haven't been to the Y this year. HELP !

Hello Niina it´s not easy living with diabets :( some days I fell the same soooooooooooooooo tired that it´s impossible to work out just when we needed the most to make some gymn diabets makes us fell tired :( and to make it worse it´s so hot outside that it´s impossible to enjoy Summer Im so ready for Autumn/Spring when the weather is great and it´s easier to be heathy ufff, thanks for the news about your mom, get well my friend, love, Lu
